What information can I add to a visitor label printed from Welcome+?

A visitor label can be printed from the Welcome+ Check-in screen and the Welcome+ Manager. It is printed from the Check-in screen after the visitor has registered with a host and when the receptionist manually prints a label for a registered check-in or an expected visitor. 

The following information can be included on a visitor label: 

Required:

  • Name of visitor
  • Visitor company (if provided)

Optional: 

  • Name of host
  • Date and time of check-in
  • Visitor Group name
  • Infotag (if created)

To configure what info should be included on the visitor label printed from the Check-in screen go the AskCody Admin Center, click Welcome+ Check-in Configuration and click the edit button.
