Once an external calendar account is connected to the AskCody Portal, our cloud service will begin to synchronize data with the designated room calendars. In doing so, a subset of your calendar events and their details will be available in AskCody. Data about event details include:
- Visibility (i.e. Private/Not Private)
- Start and end times
- Location (e.g. “Meeting Room Charlie”)
Customer may apply additional controls by changing the permissions of the associated Service Account AskCody uses to access your calendar system (Please see “Scheduling Permissions” in our Help Center”). When “Private Meetings” are booked with Office 365 and Outlook these meetings stay private. We do not store attachments to meetings.
