What makes me an IT Specialist?
As an IT Specialist, you have access to and authority over IT solutions and services used by your organization, e.g. Exchange, Azure, Google, etc. You have extended knowledge about the IT processes and management in your organization. Your responsibility will be to prepare your organization's calendar service to be integrated with the AskCody platform.
What AskCody does
AskCody is a cloud-based software solution that integrates with your calendar service. AskCody offers an array of products and services regarding meetings and meeting room management including:
- Digital room and live activity signage solutions
- Catering booking and management system
- Room booking tools
- Digital indoor wayfinding tools
- Guest registration and visitor management tools
Security and infrastructure
The AskCody platform runs on Microsoft Azure cloud service. Azure delivers a 99.95% monthly SLA and facilitates consistent and smooth service and application deployment and management. Azure provides a flexible framework for taking care of infrastructure, security, data compliances, and certifications. Each AskCody product has it's own hardware specifications. Please note that AskCody is only responsible for maintaining AskCody software. Thus AskCody can only provide basic requirements and recommendations of approved hardware, but ultimately decision regarding hardware is completely up to you and your organization.
