Internet Explorer 9 or later must be installed on the client computer
Although you do not necessarily have to use Internet Explorer as the default browser—you can use Safari, Firefox, or Chrome.
However, if you are using a supporting Office rich client (such as Excel, Word) or Outlook Web App and Outlook as the host application, you must have Internet Explorer 9, or a later version, installed on the client computer, because the Office host application uses Internet Explorer 9 components to open an HTML page in the browser control.
Meeting+ is not supported on Internet Explorer 8 or earlier versions.
The AskCody-user account (e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org) must be a service account with application impersonation enabled

AskCody must be provided with a list of all meeting room resources connected to Meeting+ add Meeting+ Organizer.
AskCody must be provided with a list of names and email addresses of the meeting room resources you wish to connect to Meeting+
AskCody must be provided with a list of all users with granted access to Meeting+.
AskCody must be provided with a list of all users containing a name and email address. Synchronization with Active Directory through LDAPs or through AADFS* is available.
