How to configure visitor label print for the Welcome+ Check-in Screen on Windows PC

To be able to print labels from the Welcome+ Check-in Screen, the following steps need to be completed: 
  1. A printer is connected to the Windows PC and is visible under Control Panel → Hardware and Sound → Devices and Printers
  2. The printer is configured to use the label size that has been physically inserted into the printer
  3. The following Google Chrome print settings have been configured 
    1. Go to the Chrome print settings by opening a Chrome browser window, click the three dots at the top right corner and click print
    2. Select the connected label printer from step 1 as the default printer 
    3. Set label size to match the size of the labels in the printer
    4. Set page layout to landscape
    5. Set the margins to minimum 
    6. Uncheck the Header and Footer option
  4. The Google Chome shortcut has been configured according to this guide
  5. The Welcome+ Check-in Screen Configuration is set up with printer type as Chrome
