In the AskCody Manager, each user is granted a set of roles. These roles determine what the user is able to view, access and control when logged in to the Manager.

Listed below is the use and description of the different roles available:
Owner
Description: Grants access to all products and the Admin Center in AskCody Manager.
Use: This role is by default granted to the first user that is created in the AskCody Manager (the user that signs up). It is highly recommended that this role is only granted to the user that is responsible for your AskCody services and the user in contact with AskCody.
User Administrator
Description: Grants access to accounts and role grants in AskCody Manager.
Use: This role will allow the user to access other users accounts and grant roles. The grantable roles are determined by what AskCody services are a part of your subscription (if you want access to more roles or seem to be missing any, please contact support@askcody.dk)
It is highly recommended that this role is only granted to the user that is responsible for your AskCody services and the user in contact with AskCody.
Connect Administrator
Description: Grants access to all Connect functionalities.
Use: This role grants the ability to:
- Establish connections between AskCody and your calendar services
- Connect specific calendars to AskCody
- Create a synchronization via Azure Active Directory(AD) or AskCody Active Directory Forwarding Service (AADFS).
It is highly recommended that this role is only granted to the user that is responsible for your AskCody services and the user in contact with AskCody.
Insights Administrator
Description: Grants access to all Insights functionalities.
Use: This role grants access to the Insights Manager.
ActivityView
ActivityView Administrator
Description: Grants access to ActivityView functionalities.
Use: This role is needed in order create, edit, preview ActivityViews. To create ActivityView configurations you need to have the Owner role.
Meeting+
Meeting+ Administrator
Description: Grants access to all Meeting+ functionalities and settings.
Use: The user with this role will be able to create, edit and view deliveries, items, categories, terms, cost centers and cost center groups.
It is highly recommended that this role is only granted to the user that is responsible for your AskCody services and the user in contact with AskCody.
Meeting+ Provider
Description: Grants access to deliveries, items, and terms in the Meeting+ Manager.
Use: This role is meant for canteen staff and administration. Users with this role will only be able to create, edit and view deliveries, items, categories, and terms.
Meeting+ Accountant
Description: Grants access to cost centers and settlements in the Meeting+ Manager.
Use: This role is meant for the financially responsible administration of deliveries. Users with this role will only be able to create, edit and view cost centers, cost center groups, and settlements.
Meeting+ Delegate
Description: Grants access to Meeting+ in Outlook on behalf of other accounts within the organization.
Use: This role will not grant access to the Meeting+ manager, but will instead give the user the ability to use the Meeting+ add-in/plug-in on behalf of other users.
Meeting+ User
Description: Grants access to Meeting+ in Outlook.
Use: This role will not grant access to the Meeting+ manager. It will give the user the ability to use the Meeting+ add-in/plug-in for Outlook.
RoomFinder
RoomFinder Administrator
Description: Grants access to all RoomFinder functionalities.
Use: The user with this role will be able to create, edit and view locations, purposes, and capabilities in the RoomFinder Manager.
It is highly recommended that this role is only granted to the user that is responsible for your AskCody services and the user in contact with AskCody.
RoomFinder specific search
Description: Grants access to the specific room search function when using the RoomFinder add-in.
Use: This role will allow the user to search for specific rooms by name when using the RoomFinder add-in.
Today+
Today+ Administrator
Description: Grants access to all Today+ functionalities.
Use: This role is needed in order create, edit, preview Today+'s. To create Today+ configurations you need to have the Owner role.
WayFinder
WayFinder Administrator
Description: Grants access to all WayFinder functionalities.
Use: This role is needed in order edit WayFinder plans, destinations, destination categories.
It is highly recommended that this role is only granted to the user that is responsible for your AskCody services and the user in contact with AskCody.
Welcome+
Welcome+ Administrator
Description: Grants access to all Welcome+ functionalities.
Use: The user with this role will be able to create, edit and view check-ins, guests, and hosts in the Welcome+ Manager. The Welcome+ administrator will also be able to customize the text and messages on the Welcome+ screen, in the host/guest email, and in the host/guest SMS.
Welcome+ receptionist
Description: Grants access to contacts and guests in Welcome+ Manager.
Use: The user with this role will be able to create, edit and view check-ins and guests.
